I HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY QUESTION IS WHY DO THEY HIRE STUPID PEOPLE? Yesterday Kuya Jep,Siopao and I went to SM just to kill some time, we decided to inquire at Nokia center about upgrading our firmware on our cellphones, first andrew asked about the firmware upgrade unfortunately the stupid representative didn't know what is a firmware, so andrew re-phrased his question to "how can he update his software", again the rep again didnt answer him clearly so I decided to ask the question personally, and I've showed the *#0000# code being inputed on my cel and showed her the version I've got and ask her if I can upgrade it. MIRACLE ENOUGH SHE REPLIED BUT THE ANSWER IS SO STUPID! she said that: "THEY DONT UPGRADE CELLPHONE FIRMWARES UNLESS IT HAS A PROBLEM OR IT IS BROKEN...." then she smile. *argh* the main reason that there is an update is because they need to fix the problem so that they can improve the unit. I just got an invitation to try out Windows Live! Mail after all my email request hahahahaha! right kuya jeP? *apir* My 2MB hotmail account is now at a whooping 2000MB not much a hype but it is better than the old one. :P sad thing though they said that the Live!
